What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What are your shipping details?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
We have 2 mailing days Monday & Thursday. (However, we sometimes are able to post between these days).
How long does it take to receive pre-ordered products?
They can vary from six to eight weeks depending on if there are any unexpected delays from the manufacturers.
